Polybius is the urban legend of an arcade cabinet that literally sucked the life out of those who played it.

Legend has it that players who challenged Polybius would find themselves feeling violently ill, and witnesses claim the victims would show a "brainwashed" state. Victims allegedly suffered from insomnia, amnesia, nightmares, and even the desire to commit suicide. Legend says further that strange men in black suits were seen on occasion gathering some kind of data from the machines. Polybius has been the subject of a few government conspiracies over the last couple decades.

The song "Polybius" is a tribute to the legend in the form of a 13-minute long, shredtacular instrumental track. Some say the song itself will drive the average listener into a fit of rage.

Do you dare challenge Polybius?
